"טודוס לוס פוליסייאס סון מחורמים" — "Todos los polisiyas son mehoramim" — "All cops are bastards" in Ladino (Judeo-Spanish), using mehoramim — a Hebrew-component plural, from מוחרם ("banned/excommunicated one") — for "bastards." In the Rashi script.
